Shipping Australia Wide

All Australian orders are dispatched from the Bounde atelier during business days Monday to Friday. We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours. Please allow for weekends, promotional periods, holiday breaks and public holidays. As a micro-business, run by one very passionate human, please understand that during busy times, orders may take a little longer to be shipped. Orders from promotional periods may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched from the atelier.

All orders are currently shipped with Australia Post. Australia Post’s shipping times vary between regional and Australian capital city postcodes. Please note: Shipping times will be increased at peak periods. i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and New Year sales periods.

Shipping to New Zealand

Orders to New Zealand are dispatched from the Bounde atelier Monday to Friday in business hours. It is our aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of order payment. Please allow extra time for order dispatch during weekends, promotional periods, holiday breaks and public holidays. As a micro-business, run by one very passionate human, please understand that during busy times, order dispatch may take a little longer. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. Orders placed during promotional periods may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched from the atelier.

All New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard International shipping service, partnering with NZ Post. Shipping times to New Zealand can vary due to location and postal service delays. On average, most New Zealand orders are delivered within 5-10 days, however it may take longer. Please note: Shipping times will be increased at peak periods. i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and New Year sales periods.

Please note: all New Zealand orders require a signature upon delivery, this is to ensure that deliveries are received by the rightful owner and minimise any loss of orders. If you are not home at time of delivery, you will receive a "Sorry we missed you "card. Please follow instructions and make contact with your local NZ Post supplier. Free Shipping

Bounde currently offers Free Standard Shipping on all Retail orders over $120 to Australian addresses only. (Sorry lovely NZ friends, we can't extend this offer to international shipping!)

Terms and conditions of this offer:

• The order value must exceed $120 after discounts and before shipping;
• It only applies to our Standard Shipping service;
• Excludes PO box addresses and parcel lockers;
• Delivery must be to an Australian address;
• The free shipping offer may change or be withdrawn at any time.

 

International Deliveries Outside of Australia/NZ

Bounde does not currently offer shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand.
