This is really cute and seems well made, with a machine embroidered design on the front and very shiny metallic PVC on the rest of the case. If you do intend to use it as a pencil case, it's worth noting that it will fit standard sized ballpoint pens comfortably but maybe not quite long enough for most pencils (especially the kind with an eraser on the end).
